Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe your work appears on CavaKit without permission, send a written notice to support@cavakit.com. Please use the subject line “Copyright Notice” so the message is easy to find.
What to Include in a Notice
A useful notice should include enough detail for us to find and review the page.
- Your name, email and postal address
- A description of the copyrighted work
- The exact CavaKit URL where the material appears
- A statement that you believe the use is not authorised
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature
Review Process
We review valid notices as soon as practical. We may ask for extra proof if the claim is not clear. False or incomplete notices can delay action.
Content Removal
If the claim appears valid, we may remove or restrict the page, image or text. We may also keep a record of the notice.
Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed URL, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the material should not have been removed.
Repeat Infringement
Repeat or clear infringement may lead to removal of more pages or blocking of further submissions from the same source.
